Confessions of a Dibberous Mind

I'm back and I'm happier. Yesterday my toothache reach new levels of severity and I, like the trooper I am, came to work. Admittedly I only stayed in for an hour or two but at least I tried. The irony is that my current status is "on holiday" because I was officially in all night last night - I don't feel like I'm on holiday though! I went to the dentist this morning and he drilled and (temporarily) filled my tooth and now I am almost pain free. The dental nurse told me that the pain MAY return. Todays word: DISCONCERTING Todays mood: Errrr... Fractious I think I prefered the longer entries but there hasn't been much going on mentally or socially so they will return in time...

Grrrrr Toothache has intensified, I'm still on daytime hours and I need to see the dentist. Word for the day: CHAGRIN Todays mood: Malevolent Nuff said, I'm off to mope.

Reading throught he last few days of bloggage it has come to my attention that it is all a bit linear and stuff. I'm not linear so why should my blog be? I'm more random in a bi-polar kind of way so I'm going to have to be a bit more random from now on. Having said that... OWWWWW, I've got stupid frikkin' toothache and it's about as consistant as I am. While I'm awake it's fine(ish) but when I am asleep it really starts to ache. Obviously that's an assumption - I'm asleep, how would I know how much pain I was in? All I know is I wake up in pain. I think I should see a dentist but I'm guessing it is just a passing thing - if it gets worse I'll go. This swapping day for night thing is going worse than ever. I have been trying to get a few hours here and there to click into the right pattern but I just end up sleeping for hours and waking up at respectable times of the morning!! Glurrrmmm In other words I am feeling a leettle bit tired. I have been awake since 5pm yesterday and I'm starting to feel it (despite the fact I've only been awake 13 hours). I forgot to mention something quite amusing that happened on the train yesterday but I like the blandness of the last entry so I'm putting it in here: Swansea is on fire!! It seems that right across Wales kids have been setting brush fires which have spread like errr... wildfire. This is disturbing in itself but I have also just started reading "von Beck" by Michael Moorcock which, for those who haven't read it, is about one man's decent into Hell. So there was me, on the train, head down in a weighty tome about fiery wastelands only to look up and see the entire landscape on fire. It was a bit of a trouser filler but amusing all the same.
