Reading throught he last few days of bloggage it has come to my attention that it is all a bit linear and stuff. I'm not linear so why should my blog be? I'm more random in a bi-polar kind of way so I'm going to have to be a bit more random from now on.
Having said that...
OWWWWW, I've got stupid frikkin' toothache and it's about as consistant as I am. While I'm awake it's fine(ish) but when I am asleep it really starts to ache. Obviously that's an assumption - I'm asleep, how would I know how much pain I was in? All I know is I wake up in pain. I think I should see a dentist but I'm guessing it is just a passing thing - if it gets worse I'll go.
This swapping day for night thing is going worse than ever. I have been trying to get a few hours here and there to click into the right pattern but I just end up sleeping for hours and waking up at respectable times of the morning!! I managed to get a few hours today and I have plenty of stuff to do tonight so I should crack it finally.
When I started doing this I promised myself that I wouldn't geek off about computer problems but this is important and gutting:
My computer crashed BIG so I had to reformat and start all over again. All things being equal this shouldn't have been a problem (having only just built my current PC) but things conspired against me. First of all I couldn't get XP to install and struggled with that for hours. Once I had finally sorted that out I found out that my second HDD was unreadable and needed to be formatted.
*PROBLEM*
On that HDD there was a LOAD of data. In fact, the only thing that HDD had on was my MP3 collection, family photos and stuff like that. I lost about 10Gig of MP3s and some photos of my nephew - gutting :o(
Fortunately I had most of my MP3s backed up but I still managed to lose some I can't retrieve for the foreseeable future - bugger!
